Hi guys, Happy New Year to all of you. Hoping we all would have a great year ahead. Today our chitchat would be about the role of patience in our lives. We all have listened to this word many times in our life, but do we have it? Most of us don’t have patience in our life, but still we expect something good. Is this fair enough? Well, I think no. For expecting something good for us, we should have this ability—patience.
We all know that patience means calmness, but it does not stand only for that. Patience is an active mindset which brings calmness and peace. It is that mindset which tackles all the delays, frustration, and anger. Whoever has patience can do better as compared to those who don’t have it. It helps individuals to take better decisions for themselves. It helps individuals in achieving long-term goals.
You must be wondering by reading the title that did daily writing actually teach something about patience, or is it just the title for the blog. I would say yes, it teaches you a lot about patience. You all know writing a blog daily is not an easy task, and when you know readers are not going to come soon, then it becomes difficult to write. Writing a blog daily after all these thoughts requires a lot of patience. This is the teaching of patience that I am focusing more on writing daily instead of thinking anything else. It’s almost a week of my daily blog writing, but do you know what’s between day one blog and seventh day blog—it’s patience helping me with my consistency.
Nowadays people think consistency, discipline, dedication, and small initiatives towards your goal matter the most. But patience is the main thread that ties them all together. People may have all the qualities, but a lack of patience results in quitting before achieving the goal. Yesterday I wrote about how our small start gives us big results. Isn’t it all about the game of having patience? Consistent small work requires patience; otherwise, frustration will stop you from doing it consistently. This quality gives you the strength to tackle uncontrollable things. It directs people towards their goal. You all must have observed that individuals who are successful are the ones who have this quality. They are more focused and consistent towards their goal but also have calmness to achieve it.
Lastly, I would say patience matters the most all the time, either in the process of achieving a goal or at last when the goal has been achieved for pursuing further goals.
